The route begins at the Espacio BTT y TRAIL EREMUA in Zubiri and follows the NA-138 road to a white hut at km 3.1. From there, a trail climbs the slopes of Mount Oiezki. On the ridgeline, as the descent begins, the route shares sections with the GR-225. Halfway down, the trails diverge and the route continues toward Zubiri along a trail with some technical sections.
