At this stage, the trail crosses a rural landscape dominated by small valleys and old mills. After crossing the Laurenze mill stream via a footbridge, the route descends through beech forests and meadows until it reaches Ibilcieta. From there, a comfortable, shaded stretch alongside the river leads to the village of Sarries, where the day's walk ends. The landscape combines open grazing areas with pockets of dense vegetation, ideal for wildlife watching and resting.
