Located near the village, the chapel likely served as the former parish church for a district in Vidángoz. It features a rectangular nave with a semicircular apse and simple lighting. A Trinitarian Christogram sits on the tympanum of the semicircular doorway, while a belfry rises from the wall at the foot of the chapel. It houses a medieval altar and Baroque carvings of the Assumption and Saint Sebastian.
