This replica barracks commemorates the 2,354 prisoners whom the Franco regime forced to build the Roncal-Salazar road until 1941. Rebuilt in 2018, the site stands as a Place of Historical Memory in Navarre and provides a key perspective for understanding the past. Admission is free.
