A 13th-century proto-Gothic structure forms the core of the church, which was expanded with a 16th-century portico and Baroque side naves. The interior features various vaults, notably the ribbed vaults of the central nave. An imposing medieval bell tower marks the exterior. The church preserves valuable pieces, such as a Gothic reliquary and a remarkable 16th-century Flemish wood painting of the Ecce Homo.
