The Arga River runs through Navarre as a major waterway, following a course of approximately 145 km entirely within the region. It rises in the heights of Collado de Urkiaga (Quinto Real) and flows south to join the Aragón River near Funes. Its flow provides the primary water supply for the Pamplona region.
