The route begins at the Tapla car park (1,365 m). This short and easy walk across meadows to the summit of Mount Goñiburu (1,464 m) is suitable for all hikers. A magnificent 360-degree panorama takes in the entire Irati area, stretching from the slopes of Ortzanzurieta to the summit of Orhi. The walk returns along the same route.
