An impressive route that leads to a large waterfall and unique geological formations, ideal for nature lovers and hikers.
The route begins on the road from Burgui to Vidángoz and climbs to Azanzorea Cave, a massive limestone cliff where a large waterfall cascades during the rainy season. From the road, the trail ascends the Txestas ridgeline and crosses the Lizanzorea and Ariztoia ravines before a steep zigzagging climb leads to the cave. The route then loops around the base of the walls and the lower section of the waterfall. The cave also contains interesting geological formations, and the path returns to the starting point.
