GR-321-E2: CAMINO REAL, STAGE 2 ISABA - BELAGUA REFUGE

A delightful route through forests and rivers, ideal for enjoying nature and breathtaking views in a unique mountainous setting.

This beautiful trail runs from Isaba to the Arrakogoiti pass along the floor of the Belagua valley. It continues to the Belagua refuge via the GR® 12 for an additional 3 km. The route crosses the Uztárroz road and heads north, alternating between short sections of road and trail until it reaches the Asolaze campsite. From there, it enters a beautiful forest and continues to Arrako, crossing the Belagua River. After passing the Arrako chapel, the route begins its final steep ascent, passing the Venta de Juan Pito before reaching Arrakogoiti on the French border.
